ЕСА Consultancy team consisting of Mr. Talantbek Sakishev, Mrs. Raida Bashirova and Mr. Almazbek Urbaev have attended a workshop on export strategy organized by EBRD and Public Association “Agrolead’ which was held on August 5, 2016 in the city of Karakol of Issyk-Kul oblast. More than 40 participants (both SMEs and Consultants) attended the workshop.
On July 8, 2016 ECA Consultancy in the consortium with the Public Fund "Global Development" (from Armenia) and with Public Association "Issyk-KL Sabati" (KyrgyzRepublic) was awarded the contract to implement the project “Sector Support for Education Reform (SSER) Project
During 15-16 June, 2016 in the Park Hotel of Bishkek city the Good Governance and Public Administration Strengthening (GGPAS) Program held a conference on "Organizational Performance Improvement – GGPAS Legacy in the Kyrgyz Republic” to sum up the results of the GGPAS project in the Kyrgyz Republic financed by USAID.
On March 31, 2016 the ECA Consultancy experts with other outstanding consultants of the Kyrgyz Republic participated in the closing ceremony of Local Consultancy Capacity Building Program organized by USAID Good Governance & Public Administration Strengthening program – GGPAS. USAID Mission Director Michael Greene presented certificates of achievement to more than 30 of the country's most talented management consultants.
From February 15 to March 18 2016 in continuation of series of trainings on capacity building of local consultants in the field of conducting the business process analysis, performance evaluation of organizations under the framework of Good Governance & Public Administration Strengthening Program (GGPAS) funded by USAID, the leading experts of ECA Consultancy in cooperation with experts from other organizations had a practicum to conduct a quick diagnostics and business processes analysis of the Public Service Center(PSC) No.

Following this trend, experts of ECA Consultancy continue to participate in various training programs.
The head of the ECA Consultancy Mr. Talantbek Sakishev by invitation of Director of the Agency on Promotion of Investments under the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic (IPA) Mr. Sazbakov A. Z. conducted a workshop/training on Strategic Planning activities of IPA. The seminar was held under the framework of GIZ "Promotion of Sustainable Economic Development" Program during November 20-22, 2015 in the “Caprice” Hotel, on the shore of Issyk-Kul lake.
Experts from the ECA Consultancy during October 20-22 and October 27-29, 2015 took part in the workshops/trainings which were held in the conference hall of AK-Keme hotel. The purpose of the workshops was to improve the capacity of local consultants in the field of management and conducting analysis, performance assessment of organizations and companies in the framework of Good Governance and Public Administration Strengthening Program (GGPAS) with financial support from USAID.
At the end of August the consulting agency Experts of Central Asia (ECA) together with "El Pikir", one of the leading independent sociological research agency of Kyrgyzstan conducted a large study of electoral preferences of Kyrgyzstan’s citizens in the run-up to the parliamentary elections. "El Pikir" made a field work (data collection) and ECA conducted an analysis and evaluation of the received data.
ECA Consultancy has completed the 1st Phase of project of systemic institutional improvements in the Ministry of Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
